Return & Refund Policy

1. Merchandise (Printed Apparel, Hats, Bags, Accessories)
All 3EDGE PDG merchandise is custom-made to order through our fulfillment partners.
Because items are printed specifically for you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference

  • Style change

  • Ordering error

  • We WILL replace or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is misprinted

  • The wrong item was sent

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Approved issues will receive:
A replacement at no cost
or
A full refund

2. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Lost packages marked as “delivered”

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

3. Amazon Affiliate Products
3EDGE PDG does not sell or ship Amazon products.
When you click an Amazon product link, you are purchasing directly from Amazon.
All returns, refunds, exchanges, warranties, and support for those items are handled by Amazon under their return policy.
We are not responsible for:

  • Product defects

  • Shipping delays

  • Returns

  • Warranty claims

  • Refunds


4. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (PDFs, checklists, training materials, downloads) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. Training & Course Bookings
Training classes and certification courses have their own cancellation policy, listed on the booking page.
Merchandise or gear purchases do not affect training refunds.
