3 Edge PDG LLC provides firearms safety training, defensive instruction, and live-fire qualification courses intended to assist individuals in meeting the training and qualification requirements of the New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun (PCH) and other lawful firearms licensing processes.

3 Edge PDG LLC is not a law enforcement agency, not a licensing authority, and does not issue firearm permits or carry permits. Completion of any course or qualification offered by 3 Edge PDG LLC does not guarantee approval of a New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification (FID) Card, Permit to Purchase a Handgun, or Permit to Carry a Handgun.

All training is conducted in accordance with New Jersey State Police training standards and is delivered at licensed New Jersey firearms ranges or approved training facilities. Students are responsible for submitting their own applications, fees, fingerprints, background checks, and supporting documentation to their local law enforcement agency or the New Jersey State Police, as required by law.

Firearms, ammunition, and defensive equipment may only be possessed, transported, and used in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Students are solely responsible for ensuring their own legal eligibility to possess or carry firearms in the State of New Jersey.

3 Edge PDG LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any firearms license or permit application and shall not be liable for denials, delays, or decisions made by any government authority.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only when required to:

  • Process payments

  • Schedule or deliver services

  • Provide documentation requested by you

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

All data is stored and transmitted using secure, industry-standard systems provided by Wix and authorized payment processors.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Firearms training, defensive instruction, and live-fire exercises involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By registering for or participating in any training, event, or bus outing offered by 3 Edge PDG LLC, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

You agree that:​

  • You are legally eligible to possess and handle firearms

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and range staff

  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws

​

3 Edge PDG LLC, its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, property damage, legal violations, or losses resulting from your participation, except where required by law.

​

All participants are required to complete and sign a separate liability waiver prior to live-fire training, range access, or participation in any shooting-related activity.

Transportation & Event Liability (Bus Trips & Group Outings)

For any bus trips, group outings, or off-site events arranged by 3 Edge PDG LLC, participants acknowledge that:

  • Transportation and venues may be operated by third-party providers

  • 3 Edge PDG LLC does not control all aspects of travel, facilities, or range operations

  • Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk


3 Edge PDG LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party transportation providers or facilities.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment & Refund Policy (Checkout Acknowledgment)

​

All class registrations, CCW qualifications, events, and bus trip reservations are non-refundable once booked. Missed classes or failure to attend do not qualify for a refund. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

​

If 3 Edge PDG cancels a class or event, you will receive a refund or credit toward a future session.

​

Merchandise returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be unused and in original condition. Digital products and training materials are non-refundable.

​

Payment for any CCW or firearms training does not guarantee permit approval by any government agency.

​
